摘 要: | 美军21世纪领导者培养战略指出,领导力是部队的生命线,而战略领导力的作用尤其关键。美军战略领导力培育依靠有计划的院校教育培训、循序渐进的部队岗位任职和因人制宜的在职自我发展这三大支柱。旨在培养具备战略思维的领导者,以应对未来战争的不确定性。

Abstract: | US Army Leader Development Strategy for the 21~t Century points out that leadership is the lifeblood of an army. Strategic leadership is especially important. The cultivation of US military stra- tegic leadership relies on three major pillars, namely, planned institutional education, gradual assign- ment experience in army units as well as tailored self-development, with an effort to educate leaders with strategic thinking for the uncertainty of future war. |
