| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the present situation and the reasons of the brain drain of the enterprise,and points out that the managers of the enterprise should be good at recognizing and discovering the talents,developing the talents through the training,making scientific and rational use of the talents,and keeping the talents in a thousand and one ways for giving full play to the important functions of the talents in the development of the enterprise and creating bigger benefits for the enterprise. |
