对国有纺织企业组织结构重组设计的探讨

摘    要:企业内的各项职能虽然都是实现企业目标所不可缺少的,但由于重要性不同,区分为关键职能和非关键职能。关键职能由企业不同时期的战略决定,是企业中处于核心地位的价值活动。目前我国许多国有大中型纺织企业的关键职能不能适应市场经济的要求,这里结合组织设计的理论,通过对一具体纺织大型国有企业的现状分析,对其关键职能的设计进行探讨。

Abstract:All functions in an enterprise are indispensable, according to their importance, they can be divided into two kinds of critical and uncritical ones. The critical function is subject to the enterprise strategy in the different periods, and it is the activity that is in the core place of an enterprise. Currently, the critical function of most state - owed texdle enterprises can t adapt to the demand of market economy. This paper aims at the design of critical function through the analysis of the special state - owned textile enterprise with the theory of organizational design.
