滑油冷却器小型化研究

摘    要:通过对新型混合管束式双流程滑油冷却器的大量实验研究,发现其具有很强的换热能力.新型混合管束式双流程滑油冷却器与光管弓形折流板式滑油冷却器,在流动条件总体相似的情况下进行的试验说明,新型混合管束双流程滑油冷却器的单位体积换热量很高,而压降相对较小,综合性能优越.

Abstract:Lots of experimental research has been done on the new double-flow lubricating-oil cooler which has mixed tube bundles, and it is found that such cooler has very strong heat transfer ability. The main approaches to miniaturize lubricating-oil cooler are discussed in this paper. Under the same mass flow condition, experiments were done to compare the new double-flow lubricating-oil cooler which is made of integral pin-fin tubes with the plain lubricating-oil cooler with segmental baffles. The experiment shows that the former one has the highest heat capacity in unit volume, relatively lower pressure drop, and superior integrated performance.
