| 摘 要： | 企业的信息化是当今世界经济和社会发展的大趋势，是企业参与国内、国际市场竞争的必备条件。随着国民经济的发展，社会信息化、电子化水平的不断提高，我国的各企事业单位越来越感受到上WebOA系统（网上办公或电子政务）的必要性。企业实现WebOA系统是实现其信息化进程的第一步。

With the development of national economy and the constant improvement of social information building and the electronic level,the importance of the WebOA system is recepted by many enterprises. Building WebOA system is the first step of building information system. |
