循环热处理对35CrNi3MoV钢晶粒特征及机械性能的影响

摘    要:该文研究了循环热处理对35CrNi3MoV钢晶粒特征和机械性能的影响。在所试验的条件下,试样通过二次循环热处理后,就能获得均匀细小的晶粒。同时,再经调质处理后,能获得高强度,高韧性和塑性的综合机械性能。能适宜次数的循环热处理后,不但综合机械性能优于经常规工艺处理的,同时跟常规工艺相比,具有热处理工艺短,生产率高,耗能少等优点。

Abstract:The influence of cyclic heat treatm ent on the grain feature and m echanical properties of 35 Cr Ni3Mo V steel has been studied in this paper. U nder the experim ental conditions,the even and fine grain of specimen can be obtained after its being cyclic heat treated twice. Furthermore,after a quenched and tempered treatm ent,a comprehensive m echanical properties of high -strength,high -toughness and ductileness can be gained.This process is superior to any other traditional one not only in a better comprehensive mechanical properties but also in the fast process,high productivity and low energy consum ption.
