基于ISO14443A大功率RFID读写器的设计

摘    要:介绍了基于ISO14443A协议的13.56 MHZ的大功率RFID读写器的设计;给出了读写器的硬件框图及软件流程图,结合实验仿真,给出了示波器的发送信号及接收信号波形;处理器使用了TI公司TMS320F2808,射频电路部分完全采用模拟电路搭建,方便用于功率放大,经过实验,读写器的实际读取距离达到40 cm,满足了工业生产的要求,本设计已经在国内知名酒厂得到了应用。

Abstract:This paper introduces the design of 13. 56 MHZ high-power RFID read-write device based on ISO1443 A protocol,gives the hardware block diagram and software flow chart of this read-write device,and presents the waveforms for sending signal and receiving signal of the oscilloscope via experiment simulation. TMS320F2808 from TI company is used in the processor,RF circuit part is constructed by completely using simulation circuit in order to conveniently amplify the power. Experiment test shows that the real reading distance of the read-write device reaches 40 cm,which satisfies the demand of industrial production. This design has been widely used in domestic famous wineries.
