Positioning of educational institutions and building of an academic discipline is of great importance. It＇s an urgent priority for a normal college to consider the reorganization of disciplines and make planning according to the idea of grouping and combining courses within a discipline, instead of generally discussing the topic of discipline construction. There are three key points to be focused on： First, to establish a professional image with a soul through re-establishing of humanity and morality; second, to develop a discipline with profound connotation through combining related courses; third, to create various outstanding courses to cultivate teachers＇ character both as teachers with theoretical knowledge and as tutors with practical skills.
