摘    要:院校定位和专业学科群建设的理论探讨和实践摸索意义重大。把泛泛而论的专业学科建设讨论提高升华到专业学科课程群建设的层面来思考并规划,是师范院校专业学科课程整合重组的当务之急。它应注重三点:一是通过强调"人性"道德重组塑造"有灵魂"的专业形象;二是通过课程交融开掘"有底蕴"的课程后劲;三是通过打造精品课程提升"有特色"的双师型品位。

Abstract:Positioning of educational institutions and building of an academic discipline is of great importance. It's an urgent priority for a normal college to consider the reorganization of disciplines and make planning according to the idea of grouping and combining courses within a discipline, instead of generally discussing the topic of discipline construction. There are three key points to be focused on: First, to establish a professional image with a soul through re-establishing of humanity and morality; second, to develop a discipline with profound connotation through combining related courses; third, to create various outstanding courses to cultivate teachers' character both as teachers with theoretical knowledge and as tutors with practical skills.
