| 摘 要： | 洗钱犯罪是当前国际社会普遍关注的焦点和热点问题。对我国反洗钱犯罪的刑事立法缺陷进行了深入的探讨、剖析，并在此基础上，结合我国洗钱犯罪的特点与发展趋势，提出了完善我国反洗钱犯罪刑事立法的建议。
