EPS转向管柱总成碰撞性能分析

摘    要:为提高电动助力转向器的转向柱的碰撞安全性能,以电动助力转向器中的上、下套管为研究对象,应用动态显式有限元方法,在ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件平台,对其建立模型并进行有限元分析,仿真结果表明,过盈量为0.05mm时,转向柱的最大的Z向位移量满足GB11557-1998的要求.

Abstract:To improve the collision safety CAE analysis of steering column on EPS,taking the upper and lower volume on EPS as the research object,this paper makes the design by the method of dynamic finite element,which is based on the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.the model is established and then the finite element is analyzed.The results show that,when the surplus between the upper and lower volumn is 0.05mm,the maximum level of the displacement in Z direction meet the requirements of GB11557-1998.
