Algebraic Stability of Hybrid Methos

In this paper,we derive a sufficient and necessary condition for thealgebraic stability of one-step hybrid methed under the condition that theexternal vector defined as a vector which is independent of function f(y)and then present all one-step two-order and unique one-step three-orderformulae which are algebraic stable.Furthermore,we prove also that anytwo-step four-order hybrid method which is zero-stable is not algebraicstable under the same condition,therefore it is not suitable for studyingthe algebraic stability of multistep hybrid methods if the external vectoris defined as a vector which is independent of function f(y).
