| 摘 要： | 一、引言微波两端口网络特性,一般采用散射参数表示。端口输入反射系数和负载反射系数一旦测得,采用一定的方法对他们进行数据处理就可以求出该网络的S]参数。为测定S]参数,经典法通常有“三点法”及“多点法”。前者需选择特定的负载——短路、开路及匹配负载,负载的准确与否将直接影响S]参数的精度。后者不仅可避免由于负载不准确引入的

| Abstract: | In the paper, two procedures developed in the past have been introduced briefly and compared with each other. Some restrictions which exist in these procedures have been found. In order to eliminate these restrictions, a new procedure has been developed. The advantages of this new procedure are simplicity of principle, convenience of realization with computer and relaxation of restriction. It has been used for determination of embedding network parameters of a X-band mixer from measured reflection coefficients. |
