新疆奴拉赛古铜矿冶遗址冶炼技术初步研究

摘    要:对新疆尼勒克县奴拉赛古铜矿冶遗址的矿石,炉渣,金属样品初步研究表明,该遗址开采,冶炼的是硫化矿石,使用了“硫化矿-冰铜-铜”工艺,流程经历了一次冰铜熔炼和一次还原熔炼。

Abstract:SEM and chemical analysis have been made upon the samples of ores , slags and metals from Nulasai mining and smelting site located in Nileke County of Xinjiang and dated to be as early as 2500 years ago. Sulfide ores with BaSO4 as the main gangue , two kinds of slags , speiss and As-Cu alloy have been identified. A principal process has been suggested with both matte enriching smelting and copper reducing smelting at which arsenic ore was added to the furnace by design in order to produce high As-content alloy.
