C4ISR系统信息优势与制信息权评估方法研究

信息在现代战争中的地位越来越重要,获得信息优势与制信息权是夺取战争胜利的关键。信息优势与制信息权的定量评估是一个非常重要的研究课题。本文在分析C4ISR作用的基础上,提出了用评价信息质量的指标:信息的完备性、准确性和时效性指标作为信息优势能力的评估指标;通过定义红蓝双方相对态势感知能力,提出相对信息优势能力的评估方法;最后提出信息优势能力与制信息权之间定量的数学描述。

Research on the Evaluation Method of Information Superiority and Information Dominance

Information is becoming increasingly important in modern warfare. It is the key of winning a battle obtaining information superiority and dominance. Quantify evaluation of information superiority and dominance is a very important subject. On the basis of analyzing the role of C4ISR system, the measurement of information superiority is proposed with three elements of completeness, accuracy, and timeliness. By defining relative situational awareness, we have a way to assess relative information superiority between Red and Blue. At last, the relationship between information superiority and information dominance is suggested.
