| 摘 要： | 新形势要求高等学校以服务为宗旨，以适应各行业、各个职业层次的发展为需要。为此，高等学校要以经济社会发展需要为目的，应持之以恒地树立并强化以下几个理念：管理理念、制度理念、计划理念、量化理念，切实加强管理实践工作，以“人本管理”为核心内容，建立学习型组织，对高校教师队伍实行可持续发展的管理。
