残饵-水界面氨氮的迁移及其在鱼类投饵养殖中的潜在生态功能

摘    要:用“升索牌”牙鲆专用饵料作为残饵、以静水法培养法研究了氨氮在水-残饵界面的迁移速度.结果表明,在5,10,20和30 ℃时的迁移速度分别是0.289 8±0.057 2,R=-0.01 6±0.000 4t+0.285 5±0.030 2,0.269 1±0.149 0和0.241 5±0.080 5μmol·g-1·h-1.该残饵的鱼当量为0.04~0.54尾牙鲆.即对于牙鲆而言,如果投喂的饵料为“升索牌”饲料,那么残饵使养殖容量降低的比率为0.04~0.54(m/(cc)-α),平均为0.23±0.14(m/(cc)-α).

Abstract:The transportation speed of ammonia across the water-feed-remains interface was determined by one static water system,during which the feedstuff with the trademark Shengsuo was used as the feed-remains.At 5,10,20,30 ℃,the speed was 0.289 8±0.057 2,R=-0.01 6±0.000 4t+0.285 5±0.030 2,0.269 1±0.149 0,0.241 5±0.080 5μmol·g-1·h-1,respectively.And the fish equivalent of this kind of feedstuff was 0.04~0.54 inds/g.From the point of the ammonia excretion of P.olivaceus Temminck et Schlegel,if the cultivated P.oliva...
