| 摘 要： | 以福建为研究对象,通过对其出口工业品中的"内涵能源"消耗及其产生的碳排放量的测算与分析,结合碳排放和出口额两个指标,评价出口结构,构建评价指标M,将所有出口行业划分为相对高出口高排放、相对低出口低排放、相对高出口低排放以及相对低出口高排放四类,从而根据相应的类别有针对地实施贸易政策和节能减排措施,实现低碳经济约束下福建省工业品出口结构优化。

| Abstract: | Taking Fujian province as an example, the paper assesses the export structure based on ＂carbon emission＂ and ＂export volume＂ and analyses the optimization of industrial products export structure in the export-oriented district under low-carbon economy constraint through calculation and analysis of ＂embodied energy＂ consumption and the resulting carbon emissions in the exports of its manufactured goods, then gives policy recommendations accordingly. |
