| 摘 要： | 微格教学是现代培养专业教师基本教学技能的一种先进方法。我校现行微格教学中存在的问题，主要表现在师生对微格教学系统的认识、组织培训的方法等方面，初步分析了问题形成以及影响微格教学效果发挥的主要原因。在此基础上阐述了改进微格教学的具体建议。

| Abstract: | Microteaching is a kind of advanced way to develop professional teachers' skills in modern times. The existing problems that carrying on microteaching in our school are mainly shown on teachers' and students' systematic thoughts to it, the way of organizing training and so on. The article analyzes initially the form of problems and the main reasons that affect to give full play to microteaching. It states the specific suggestions of improving microteaching. |
