摘    要:利用无机锌盐和硫粉分别为锌源和硫源,在水热条件下合成微米级的硫化锌(ZnS)球形颗粒,X射线衍射分析(XRD)表明所得的(ZnS)为立方晶体结构。考察了反应时间、反应温度以及不同锌源对产品形貌的影响。扫描电镜(SEM)显示材料为微米级球形颗粒,且这些颗粒是由超细颗粒自组装而成。添加表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)后得到了由纳米级薄片组成的花状ZnS,从热力学对反应的可行性进行了分析,提出了球形和花状ZnS材料的形成机理。

Abstract:Using the inorganic zinc salt and S powder as zinc and sulfur sources separately, micrometer-sized ZnS hollow spheres were synthesized. XRD pattern indicates that as-prepa ed ample is cubic ZnS. The effects of reaction time, reation temperature and different zinc sources on the morphologies were died. SEM images show that the micro-spheres with diame ters ranging from 200 to 300 nm are self-assembled by ultra-fine particles. Flower-like ZnO nanocrystals built up by nano-flakes are successfully synthesized in the presence of sur{actant CTMAB. The feasibility of the reaction is discussed thermodynamical- ly and the formation mechanism of spherical and flower-like ZnS is proposed.
