固体工质电热化学炮膛内两相流模型与计算

摘    要:该文建立了固体工质电热化学炮(SPETCG)内弹道一维两相流模型。对常规火炮两相流模型的主要改进包括:在初期点火阶段,建立了描述等离子体射流分布的积分近似数学模型;在燃烧阶段,引入了描述等离子体射流的混合长度模型和燃烧增强因子。并且考虑了高温等离子体环境对相间换热的强化效应。根据SPETCG环境中等离子体射流注入特点,在计算网格设计中引入了自适应方法。通过与常规弹道作比较,指出了SPETCG内弹道过程与常规弹道不同的特点,为SPETCG的弹道设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The one dimensional two phase flow model of solid propellant electrothermal chemical gun (SPETCG) is established in the paper. An extension of conventional two phase flow model for study of flame spreading in gun ballistics includes: in the early part of the ballistic cycle, an integral numerical method has been developed to describe the plasma jet penetration; within the major ballistic cycle, a length model of plasma penetration and an electrical enhancement factor have been introduced into the two phase flow model. Moreover, enhancement effects of high temperature plasma on interphase heat exchange have been taken into account. According to the character of plasma jet injection in the SPETCG, an adaptive grid treatment is incorporated in the model. The calculations show that there are some different characters between SPETCG interior ballistic process and conventional process, and it provides theoretical evidence for the SPETCG ballistic design.
