水中有氧健身操对防止人体衰老的影响研究

摘    要:通过对水中有氧健身操特点的分析,认为老年人进行水中有氧健身操可以增加运动中的安全性,不仅增强肌肉力量和呼吸机能,促进血液循环,而且能加强自身免疫力,减少疾病的发生,对老年人有积极良好的作用.

Abstract:Through the analysis of the characteristics of Aerobics in water,this article points out that aerobics in water had positive impact on the elderly,which will increase the safety of exercise for the elderly,not only strengthening their muscles and respiratory function,but also enhancing blood circulation and improving constitution and immunity of the elderly.
