锅炉汽包水位系统DMC-PID串级控制仿真研究

摘    要:给出具有可测干扰系统的动态矩阵控制(DMC)算法,并结合动态矩阵控制、串级调节和PID控制三者的优点,提出了锅炉汽包水位控制系统的DMC-PID控制策略,即内回路采用PID控制快速消除给水流量的扰动,外回路采用带前馈补偿的DMC控制,可有效地克服汽包水位系统的另一主要扰动-蒸汽流量的扰动,同时DMC的强鲁棒性保证了在对象特性变化的情况下仍然获得良好的调节品质。计算机仿真结果显示了该控制策略的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:In view of water level control system, based on the merits of Dynamic Matrix Control(DMC), cascade control and PID control, and after presentation of the DMC algorithm for systems with measurable disturbance, this paper puts forward a DMC-PID transparent control strategy for water level control system. PID control is used in inner loop to stable the controlled plant and to overcome the disturbance of water-feed quantity quickly, DMC algorithm with feedback compensation is adopted in outer loop, which takes the PID controller and controlled plant as a generalized controlled object. The strong robust stability of DMC guarantees good regulating performance while controlling plant varies. Computer simulation results show that the control strategy is effective and practical.
