关于叉车进气系统降噪的研究

摘    要:文章通过对进气口和驾驶员耳边的噪声进行测试,分析并确定进气罩的几个因素对进气噪声的影响。针对这些因素的影响设计了正交实验,以此找出进气罩位置、尺寸等因素的最佳组合来改善进气噪声,对最佳组合方案时的进气口噪声进行了测试及频谱分析;根据噪声所在的主要频率设计了进气消声器,制造安装后收到较好效果。

Abstract:Based on the test results of the noises at the air intake and near the ears of the driver,the effects of several factors of the air intake hood on the noise at the air intake are analyzed.Then an orthogonal experiment is designed to find the optimal combination of the air intake hood position and size and other factors so as to reduce the noise at the air intake.The noise at the air intake in the optimal combination scheme is tested,and an intake muffler is designed in view of the major noise frequency,which is proved to be much effective after being manufactured and mounted.
