摘    要:针对可再生能源出力及负荷不确定性对综合能源系统日前经济调度的影响,基于由热电联产系统、储热、蓄电装置以及电锅炉等组成的电热综合能源系统,研究了考虑源荷不确定因素的日前经济调度问题.将系统中可再生能源出力以及电热负荷均用梯形模糊参数表示,构建了基于可信性理论的模糊机会约束规划优化调度模型;采用模糊机会约束的清晰等价类将含模糊参数的机会约束规划模型转化为确定性的混合整数规划模型,在Python环境中建模,利用Gurobi求解器求解.最后,通过算例分析了储能装置对于提高系统经济性的作用以及源荷不确定性程度、不同置信水平对系统运行成本的影响,验证了所提模型的有效性.

Abstract:Aiming at the impact of renewable energy output and load uncertainty on the economic dispatch of the integrated energy system, based on the combined heat and power system composed of combined heat and power system, heat storage, power storage device and electric boiler, the consideration of whether the source charge is Determining factors of the current economic dispatch problem. The renewable energy output and the electric heating load in the system are expressed by trapezoidal fuzzy parameters, and an optimal scheduling model of fuzzy chance-constrained programming based on credibility theory is constructed; the clear equivalence class with fuzzy chance-constraints will be used for the chance-constrained planning with fuzzy parameters The model is transformed into a deterministic mixed integer programming model, modeled in the Python environment, and solved using the Gurobi solver. Finally, an example is used to analyze the effect of the energy storage device on improving the economics of the system, as well as the impact of the source and load uncertainty and different confidence levels on the system operating cost, and the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified.
