| 摘 要： | 文章提出了新型滚柱链传动的结构,并对其结构特性进行理论分析,在NCE链传动与普通链传动动态特性对比试验中引入了谱分析方法,给出了衡量运动平稳性的定量值和噪声值,试验结果与理论分析基本一致,验证了所提理论的正确性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the structure of new type roller chain drive is presented,and its structural characteristics are analyzed theoretically.Spectral analysis is used in the comparative test of the dynamic characteristics of the new type chain drive and the ordinary chain drive. The quantitative value of motional smoothness and the noise value are given. The test result agrees with theoretical analysis basically,which proves the correctness of the theory put forward by the author. |
