摘    要:针对虚拟仪器技术在组建测试系统上的巨大优势,研讨了基于虚拟仪器技术实现应变自动测试的方式和方法,即基于虚拟仪器技术的应变测试系统的硬件组成、应变测试系统的原理以及利用LabVIEW软件实现该系统的具体方法,从测试程序前面板上绘出的应力一应变曲线的斜率得出被测构件材料的弹性模量,从而可知被测构件的材料.试验测得悬臂梁的弹性模量,是与已知悬臂梁的材料为金属铜相符的.组建的测试系统可用于鉴定金属材料的主要成分.

Abstract:Based on tremendous advantages of virtual instrument technology in the establishment of mea-surement system,a method using virtual instrument technology for automatic strain measurement system is discussed.The hardware makeup based on strain measurement system of VI, the principles of strain mea-surement system and the material ways of realization using LabVIEW are described. By using LabVIEW the strain-stress curve can be plotted and the elastic modulus of the materials used to fabricate the mea-sured object can be obtained from the slope of this curve.Through experiments, the elastic modulus of cantilever beam measured is suitable to that of the metal copper material of beam. Therefore, this strain measurement system can be used to identify main components of metal materials.
