泥岩地基动力打入桩承载特性研究进展

摘    要:泥岩地基中的锤击打入桩,经常出现承载力异常问题,不能满足设计要求,需要补强处理,造成材料浪费和工期拖延,严重影响着工程建设。迄今为止尚未查清出现问题的原因,成为当前迫切需要解决的理论和技术难题。泥岩作为一种特殊的软岩,因其浸水易软化、受挤压易变形等特点,在荷载作用下易发生承载力不足的现象。本文归纳了现阶段泥岩地基锤击打入桩承载力不足的原因,明确了泥岩的基本工程性质,结合青岛地区泥岩桩的工程实例分析了泥岩中打入桩的工作机制和破坏模式,总结了动力打桩造成的泥岩损伤、泥岩桩的室内模型试验以及数值模拟等方面的研究进展,最后对泥岩地基动力打入桩的承载力问题进行了梳理,指出了目前研究存在的不足;同时,考虑到未来泥岩地区的发展及桩基工程的实际需求,针对泥岩的现场取样技术、泥岩桩的室内试验及数值模拟等方面提出了未来的发展方向。

Abstract:Mudstone foundation of driven pile hammer, often appear abnormal bearing capacity of the problem, can''t meet the design requirements, need reinforcement processing, material waste and the construction period delay, seriously affecting the engineering construction. Has yet to find out the cause of the problem, become an urgent need to solve theoretical and technical problems. Mudstone as a special type of soft rock, flooding is easy to soften, by extrusion deformation, the load bearing capacity of easy to generate an exception. This paper summarizes the reasons of insufficient bearing capacity of hammer driven piles in mudstone foundation at present, clarifies the basic engineering properties of mudstone, Based on the engineering example of mudstone pile in Qingdao area, analyzes the working mechanism and failure mode of driven piles in mudstone, Summarizes the driven piles cause of the injury of mudstone, mudstone pile of indoor model test and numerical simulation, the research progress of the power of mudstone foundation generalizes the driven pile bearing capacity problems, points out the deficiency existing in the present study. And considering the future development of mudstone area and the actual demand of pile foundation engineering, the future development direction of mudstone sampling technology, laboratory test and numerical simulation of mudstone pile is put forward.
