阶段性司法考试模式分析

针对现行的司法考试模式所存在的缺陷，有学者提出，改革现行模式，实行阶段性考试模式，可以更好地考查考生的法律素养，更有利于实现司法考试的预期目标。通过对现行考试模式以及学者提出的三种阶段性考试模式的比较分析，认为阶段性考试模式具有一定的必要性，而且只要制度设计得当，第一种阶段性考试模式具有实施的可行性。

Analysis of staged judicial test pattern

According to the defects of the present judicial test pattern, some scholars advocate reforming the present pattern and carrying out the staged test pattern for the purposes of examining test takers＇legal quality and achieving the expected the goal of the judicial test. By comparative analysis of the present judicial test pattern and the three kinds of staged judicial test pattern put forward by scholars, this paper holds the view that the staged test pattern has the necessity and that as long as the system is properly designed, the first staged test pattern has the feasibility for implementation.
