摘    要:测试了磁过滤弯管偏转钼和钛等离子体时导向磁场、弧流、偏压对磁过滤弯管等离子体输出量的影响关系,比较了钼和钛等离子体的传输特征,探讨了等离子体在磁过滤弯管中传输的影响因素.结果表明:随导向磁场增加,最佳偏压先是下降,而后趋于稳定;钼等离子体最佳偏压明显高于钛等离子体最佳偏压.

Abstract:Influences of guiding magnetic field,arc current and bias on plasma outputs of Mo and Ti plasma though filter were studied.Transport characteristics of these two plasmas were compared.Factors affect outputs of Mo and Ti plasmas were discussed.Data showed that optimal bias decreased initially and then became steady with increasing guiding magnetic field.Optimal bias for Mo plasma was higher than for Ti plasma.
