| 摘 要： | 研究了AOAC 2000.11应用于饮料中聚葡萄糖含量测定时的简化步骤,考察了精密度和准确度.结果表明,6次平行试验,相对标准偏差是1.4%～6.4%,回收率为95.2%～107.3%.该方法简单快捷,适合于饮料中聚葡萄糖含量的测定.

| Abstract: | The procedure of AOAC 2000.11 was simplified to determine polydextrose in beverages in this paper.Relative standard deviation of this method is 1.4%～6.4% and the recovery is 95.2%～107.3%.The results indicated that the method could be used to determine polydextrose in beverages. |
