高住高练低训对血管功能的影响

摘    要:为探讨高住高练低训(HiHiLo)对血管功能的影响,以北京体育大学有运动经历的在校本科男生为研究对象,进行为期4周的高住高练低训(每晚在低氧舱入住10h,白天常氧训练,在高住高练低训期间每周进行3次低氧训练,每次30 min,以个体75% VO2max强度为基础).受试者分别在高住高练低训前、高住高练低训2周后、高住高练低训4周后接受3次血管功能的测试.结果发现:高住高练低训4周后,受试者的血压降低,四肢毛细血管的血液充盈时间延长;脉搏波传导速度下降,提示受试者的动脉血管的弹性增大,顺应性/扩张性提高.
