| 摘 要： | 通过预湿上浆实验，研究了压出回潮率对浆液含固量和粘度的影响，并从纤维种类、纱线号数、纺纱方法等方面分析其对压出回潮率的影响效果．结果表明，纯棉或低含涤的涤棉中、粗号纱线品种,其压出回潮率控制在40％以内，浆液的含固量和粘度保持相对稳定，上浆率均匀一致，浆纱效果好．

| Abstract: | In this paper,the effect of the extrudation moisture regain on concentration and viscosity of the size paste is studied,and some factors which influence the extrudation moisture regain are discussed.The results show that the size paste has better concentration and viscosity stability,and sized yarn has better quality if the extrudation moisture regain is controlled in 40 percent for cotton and polyester cotton blended yarn. |
