| 摘 要： | L i Ta O3晶体晶格振动与相变已研究了近三十年 .晶格振动的观察主要集中在铁电相 .本文给出了钽酸锂铁电相与顺电相模式及相关关系 .利用喇曼散射技术 ,观察并归属了两相的喇曼激活模式 .

| Abstract: | The lattice vibrations and the phase transition of LiTaO 3 crystals have been studied for thirty years. The observations of lattice vibrations are mainly on the ferroelectric phase. In this paper the correlation of modes in both of the ferroelectric phase and that of paraelectric phase are presented, and the correlationship between the modes in the two phase are discussed in detail. Using Raman scattering, the Raman active modes in the two phase are observed and analysed. |
