重型落地铣镗床焊接立柱有限元分析

摘    要:对T6916重型落地铣镗床焊接立柱进行了有限元动静态分析,力学模型网格中有3522个八节点等参元,6930个节点;计算了两种工况,前五阶固有频率和相应的振型.文中以图形和表格方式显示部分计算结果,这些结果是设计焊接立柱的依据.

Abstract:The column of heavy duty milling and boring machine is analyzed by finite element method.There are 3522 elements and 6930 nodes in the mode. Two static cases,first five natural freqencies and their corrensponding vibrating modes were calculated. Part of the results are shown in the form of graphs and tables. These results are the basis of designing the column.
