| Abstract: | In the light of the disadvantages existing in the current organization system and production and operation system, this paper points out that the enterprises, which want to increase the competitive power, must reform the current system, accelerate the technical transformation relying on the technical innovation, promote the structural adjustment and industrial upgrade,improve personnel's quality and introduce talents,and create conditions for the development of international economic situation. |
