| 摘 要： | 通过研究光栅检测的工作原理，提出了光栅数显表的细分和辨向问题．针对此问题，先介绍了传统光栅数显表采用硬件电路解决问题的方法，然后提出了高分辨率鉴相型光栅数显表通过幅值调相系统把位移信息映射到被测信号相位上，再采用软件鉴相技术来解决问题的方法，这种方法可使数显表的性能价格比得到提升。

| Abstract: | The subdivision and identifying direction problem of raster data display instrument is proposed by studying the principle of raster measuring. In order to solve the problem, based on introducing the method of the traditional raster data display instrument with a hardware circuit,a new method is proposed, that it reflect position information to the phase of measured signal with phase-modulation system and adopts the software technology of phase distinguishingability in the high distinguishing raster data display instrument;this method can improve the performance/ cost rate of data display instrument. |
