中强予应力钢丝的性能与工艺因素及组织的关系

摘    要:研究了φ5,φ7mm,800,1000 MPa 级中强予应力钢丝的成分,性能与工艺因素及组织的关系。试验表明:在钢中加入微量 Ti 元素,适当提高 Mn 含量,抑制高温轧制时奥氏体的动态再结晶,线材在集卷前进行控制冷却,经大延伸系数的冷拔,有效地强化了盘条的性能。

Abstract:The medium-strength prestressed steel wrie in size (?)5,(?)7mm and grade 800,100 MPa were expound- ed by by explaining the relationships of its composition,property,technical factor and organization.The experiment shows that the property of the wire rods could be stiffened effcetively by means of adding minute Ti element,increasing the proper content of Mn,drawing big-stretching coefficient cold and cooling through water befort rolling.
