摘    要:利用计量经济的研究方法,分析消费者对无公害农产品的认知及行为。当前消费者对农产品质量安全的总体状况较为满意;消费者主要是通过电视了解无公害农产品标识,其次是通过报纸和网络。无公害农产品价格与普通农产品价格相比,不应高于20%;消费者遇到农产品质量安全问题时,67.2%的消费者并不向有关部门投诉;有50%以上的消费者根本不知道农产品质量安全的可追溯性。建议政府要不断加强对农产品质量安全工作的监管力度和宣传力度。表5,参3。

Abstract:With the econometrics, the cognition and behavior of consumers to the safe agro-food were investigated, and many useful results were obtained in this research. Most of consumers satisfy with the overall situation of agro-food quality and safety. The television is the main charnel which consumers make the acquaintance of the mark of the safe agro-food, and newspaper and network are next.The acceptable price should not be more than 20% for safe agro-food to common agro-food.67.2% of consumers didn't want to prosecute while the issues of the agro-food quality and safety occurred, and mole than half of the consumers didn' t know the traceability of the ago-food quality and safety. The suggestions were put forward as to government should increase their supervision and propaganda ability of the agro-food quality and safety etc.
