电热器蓄热技术

摘    要:为了解决电热器电、热功率不匹配的问题,提出了一种可蓄热的矩形电热器结构,并建立了传热过程的物理和数学模型,提出了5种电热器蓄热、放热工艺制度,分析了各工艺制度下的边界条件,应用MATLAB进行了数值求解,得到各种工艺制度的温度分布云图及传热规律.计算结果表明,电热器内不同位置的温度变化规律相似,并且当加热面温度达到设定的安全温度时,蓄热率大于96%,可以满足供热要求,应尽量缩短恒壁温加热过程的时间,以减少散热损失.

Abstract:To solve the problem that electric power and thermal power do not match, a rectangular structural electric heater with heat storage technique is introduced. Physical and mathematical models are developed and five different kinds of heat storage and supply technics are put forward. The boundary conditions are analyzed and the temperature profiles are calculated with MATLAB for the five technics. The computed results show that temperature variation is similar at different locations in the electric heater. When the temperature of heating surface reaches the preset temperature ,the heat storage ratio is higher than 96% for the cast iron storage material ,therefor the time of constant wall temperature heating process should be shortened as much as possible to reduce heat losses.
