昆虫病毒对脊椎动物体细胞的致突变性研究

摘    要:用微核测定法,检测3种昆虫病毒包涵体及其降解物对小白鼠骨髓多染红细胞染色体的损伤程度。证明对脊椎动物体细胞是否具有致突变性。结果表明,3种昆虫病毒对小白鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞没有损伤作用。可以认为3种昆虫病毒对哺乳动物体细胞无致突变作用。

Abstract:By using the micronucleus test, the chromosome injure extent of PCE of Mus musculus albula induced by three kinds of insect virus inclusion bodies and their dissolvents, which were abdominal cavity injected and taken orally, was surveyed in order to testify the mutagenicity of these three kind of insect viruses on mammals. The results show that these three kinds of insect viruses have no injury effect on PCE in the bone marrow of Mus musculus albula. Thus we included that they have no mutagenicity effect on mammals.
