钻井液用片状超细氧化锌颗粒的制备及性能评价

摘    要:利用两步加热法制备片状超细氧化锌颗粒。经颗粒图像分析仪等精密仪器对不同温度条件下制备的氧化锌颗粒进行检测分析,可以得到制备片状超细氧化锌颗粒的最佳温度。将得到的不同实验条件下及不同量的片状超细氧化锌颗粒加入钻井液基浆中,研究表明,片状超细氧化锌颗粒的加入可以有效优化钻井液的性能,并对泥饼质量和API滤失量均有影响。
