| Abstract: | Vertical jump in successsion of 84 male undergraduates(42 four year course students and 42 two year course students) has been studied. The height and time of every vertical jump have been measured, According to theoretical principle (air resistance not calculate ) some parameters have been calculated. All data was calculated using statistical method. Authors found that the time on feet contact ground and high on taking-off between third jump,second Jump and first jump of undergraduates are obviously differed. The time on phase of feet contact ground of vertical jump in succession is shorter than that. It may be endurance target and may be target of good trainning on jump and muscular contraction. |
