吸附树脂载体固定枯草杆菌蛋白酶的研究

摘    要:以几种中性树脂和非极性树脂为载体,用先吸附,再以戊二醛溶液交联的方法固定枯草杆菌蛋白酶,考察了不同性质树脂作载体的固定化效果和最佳的固定化pH值,并比较了固定化前后酶的活性.

Abstract:Using several kinds of intermediate polar and nonpolar resins as the carrier, subtilopeptidase was mmobilized by crosslinking of glutaraldehyde after adsorbing.The effects of using different kinds of resins as carrier and the optimal pH Value for immobilization were studied.The enzyme properties before and after immbilization were also compared.
