摘    要:对于电力系统实时静态安全控制问题,本文在P-Q解耦原理和灵敏度分析基础上,提出了一种新的提高安全性的快速算法。该法与P-Q解耦潮流计算紧密结合,并通过伪逆法直接确定有效控制变量的调整量,从而可迅速给出提高系统安全性的控制对策。试验表明,这一方法快速有效。

Abstract:This paper deals with the power system real-time static safety control. Based on the P-Q decoupling principle and sensitivity analysis, a fast algorithm for the improvement of the power system safety is proposed. By the pseudo-inverse method and the P-Q decoupled load flow calculating program, this algorithm is capable of directly calculating the correct values of the effective control variables to be adjusted, such as the rescheduling of the active and reactive power of the generators, shedding of the loads, adjustment of the system voltages and transformer taps. Application of this algorithm to an experimental system shows that it is useful and fast.
