摘 要: | 设计了机械可调的一维光子晶体,它由沉浸在空气中的多层高折射率介质构成.通过数值计算验证了这种晶体的可调性.计算结果表明,均匀改变介质层之间的距离,会使带隙的位置发生变化;如果改变某空气层的厚度,会在光带隙中产生缺陷态,缺陷态的位置随该空气层的厚度的改变而改变.这种调节方法具有快速、非破坏性、连续调节等优点,

Abstract: | A mechanically tunable photonic crystal(MTPC) which is composed of muti-layers of dielectric material immersed in air is designed.Computations results show that,if the space between the dielectric layers is changed uniformly,the position of the photonic band gap(PBG) is changed;If the thickness of one air layer is changed,a defect comes into being,and the corresponding defect mode in the PBG will change accordingly.Such a tuning mechanism is fast,nondestructive and continuous. |
