摘    要:研究了黄伞发酵提制物调节血脂的作用.以1.0,3.0,9.0 g/kg剂量的黄伞发酵提制物连续给大鼠灌胃45 d后,测定血清TC,TG及HDL-C含量.实验组大鼠血清的TG含量低于对照组,而其HDL-C含量高于对照组,因此,黄伞发酵提制物具有辅助调节甘油三酯的作用.

Abstract:The study was aimed at testing the ferment extract of Pholiota adiposa on adjusting blood lipids.Three groups of hyperlipidemic rats were orally given the ferment extract at the dose of 1.0,3.0,9.0 g/kg for(45 d).Their serum TC,TG and HDL-C were examined.The TG levels of Rattus norvegicuss given the ferment extract were significantly lower than those of the Rattus norvegicuss in the control group,and their HDL-C levels were higher than that of the control group.Therefore,the ferment extract of Pholiota adiposa has the effect of adjusting blood lipids.
