家兔背阔肌、后斜方肌、股薄肌和小腿三头肌微细血管构筑初探之二

摘    要:近年来,根据临床的需要和肌皮瓣移植手术的开展,有关肌肉血管应用解剖学的研究逐渐引起人们的重视。但实验动物例如家兔肌肉内的微细血管的构筑情况目前仍然不清楚。本文就是针对这一情况,对家兔进行不同方法处理后解剖,观察动脉血管在背阔肌、后斜方肌、股薄肌和小腿三头肌的血管类型及血管源头;并取相关肌肉制作石蜡切片进行显微观察记数、测量、确定微细血管在家兔背阔肌、后斜方肌、股薄肌和小腿三头肌内的密度和管腔直径,为肌肉损伤后的修复提供依据,希望通过进一步实验应用到临床实践,造福于人类。

Abstract:In recent years according to clinical need and the development of muscular flap, musculocutaneous flap transplant operation, research on Muscle blood vessel applied anatomy gradually gets peoples attention. However, micro-blood vessel construction in experimental animal muscles is still a gap to be filled. Then observe the arterial blood-vessels type of branch and origin in Muscles latissmus Doris, muscles Trapezius posterior, muscles Gracillis, and Triceps surae. And determine the arterial blood-vessels type of branch and origin on the surface of muscles. After perfused with prepared Chinese ink, we pick up muscles to make slice up. Then, we measured the density and diameter of the micro-blood vessels in latissmus Dorsi, trapezius, Grcillis,and Mussculus Triceps Surae by micrographia. Thisservesarethemorphological bases for prosthesis after trauma and contributes to human being.
