磨床砂轮主轴系统振动强度检测电路设计

摘    要:针对砂轮主轴系统产生的振动直接影响零件的加工精度这一问题,设计了一种检测其振动强度的电路。该电路制做简单,可靠性高,易于在机床上安装,显示直观,为磨床砂轮的平衡调整提供了可信赖的参考依据。

Abstract:Because the vibration produced by emery wheel spindle system directly inflrences the processing precision of parts,a kind of monitoring circuit is designed for measuringthe vibration in tensity in this paper.Manufacture of the circuit is easy. It has a higher reliability. Its installation on the grinder.is easy too. Indication is Visualized. It provides reliablereference basis for emery wheel balance adjustment of grinder.
