电流法酶电极:稳态响应特性与酶膜设计

摘    要:描述电子传递体参与工作时电流法酶电极的稳态响应特性。根据电子传递体处于溶液中或固定在酶膜中,分别提出数学模型并导出实用的稳态电流关系式。讨论了溶液中传质、酶膜性能和电子传递体本质对响应特性的影响,为传感器酶层设计提供了依据。

Abstract:This paper describes the steady-state current responses of the amperometric enzyme electrodes operating with electron-transfer mediators. The mathematical models were proposed in accordance with the mediators being in solutions or immobilized in enzyme membranes, and practicable current relationships were derived. Effects of mass transport in solution, enzyme-membrane parameters and mediator properties were discussed, thereby the design of enzyme membranes were suggested.
