On Parallel Import of Intellectual Property in International Trade

This paper expounds the conceptions, features and geneses of the parallel import of intellectual property, probes into the theoretical foundation of the parallel import, introduces the legislations and practices of international society in the field of the parallel import, and puts forward some countermeasures that our country should take for the parallel import, and points out that our country should generally permit the parallel import but allow certain exceptions.
